Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were spacious and comfortable, they weren't as clean as I expected, and the room temperature made it hard to fall asleep. The service was good overall, but at times, the staff seemed distracted and not very attentive. The location, however, was excellent, being right in downtown by the water, making it easy to walk to city sites and access the highway. The dining options were limited and not worth the price, but the facility was decent.
I had an amazing view of the lake from my room, which was beautiful and modern-looking. The spacious room had great lighting and a big couch, but it felt a bit dark at times. The hotel is perfect for where I needed to be, although the traffic in the area could be challenging. Dining was very good, although a bit pricey at times. The service was professional and personable, but some staff seemed distracted and not very attentive. Overall, a mixed experience with some standout qualities.
The hotel had a small refrigerator and a coffee maker in the rooms with a nice view of the downtown. However, the coffee was late, and the price was a bit high. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect for downtown activities but somewhat expensive. The dining experience was lacking, and the facilities were basic.
I was thrilled with my stay at the hotel! The location was exceptional, right on Lady Bird Lake and South Congress, making it perfect for both downtown activities and relaxing by the water. The rooms were stylish, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views of Town Lake and the famous Congress bridge bats. The service was fantastic, from the friendly parking attendants to the welcoming front desk staff. The dining options were very good, although a bit on the pricey side. The amenities were top-notch, especially the inviting pool area.
The hotel offers small but stylish rooms with a stocked mini bar at reasonable prices. The service was consistently friendly and quick, though it lacked a personal touch at times. The location is outstanding, right next to Lady Bird Lake and within walking distance to many attractions. Dining options were limited and seemed overpriced. Overall, a stimulating design, great service, and fantastic location make up for the dining shortcomings.
